About Us
WHAT WE DO
WikiPay Research has no association past or present with wikipay.com.
WikiPay Research simply scrapes and archives publicly available content related to emerging payments from across the world wide web. We do not assert a copyright over content that we do not create. We simply serve as a platform, or neutral channel, through which content that researchers might find through lengthy google and other searches becomes available more quickly, and in a more organized and actionable fashion.
We do ‘fair use’ of content in the same way a search engine does. You can READ MORE here.
THE VALUE ADD
Our value add is curating the most recent and relative material and organizing it in the same way that first-tier consultants and analysts often structure reports: Sorted by overviews, demographic, economic and user information about markets, the regulatory environment, strategy, and the technology solutions employed. Our beta users report shaving hours off the typical time it takes to research and gather material.
Content is also converted into downloadable PDFs and individual slides that can be inserted into a subscriber’s own presentation decks or reports. The slides (identifed as PPT on the site) are also linked back to complete reports for context.
We welcome thought leaders in payments to contribute material to us by CONTACTING US.
NAVIGATING THE SITE
The site provides for a standard search through the Search Box, but the best introduction to the site is to browse our content. Think of the site as an online bookstore dedicated to the most recent publications about emerging payments. You browse the menu items the way you might browse bookshelves, searching for something specific, but encountering other material that you might not know exists.
Content is constantly updated and the most recent content is always listed first. Each month as many as one hundred reports, links, and slides created by top thought leaders are uploaded to the site.
ALL includes all available content related to emerging payments on the site. The other categories of WALLETS (digital wallets and neo-banks), $ TRANSFER (digital payments), OPEN BANKING, REAL-TIME (real-time payments), and ACCEPTANCE (merchant acceptance and acquisition) represent the core topics in emerging payments today.
Under TOOLS you will find a page where you can browse content by publishing company, author, brand, year, and more, and links to a wide range of indicators related to the economy, demographic data, development and financial inclusion, innovation and technology and more. This information is useful in assessing a market and creating a market entry strategy.
You can return to the Home Page and begin a new search at any time by clicking on the site logo.
GETTING STARTED
To start try clicking on ALL in the Menu, and then choosing the type of coverage you would like. Results can then be narrowed by selecting a geographic region. Global refers to content that is relevant to all regions.
You can also choose Hot Topics in emerging payments. These are normally tied to the latest technology or recent events. Hot Topics are updated regularly.
